Ashley Jay Hair offers hair services including but not limited to color, highlights, beaded hair extensions, and haircuts. Service descriptions and pricing may change at any time without notice.

Appointment Booking & Cancellations

  • All appointments must be booked in advance via our online booking system, text, or direct contact.

  • We require 48 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

  • No-shows or last-minute cancellations may result in a fee or require a deposit for future appointments.

  • Late arrivals may result in shortened services or rescheduling.

Payments & Deposits

  • Payment is due at the time of service via [accepted payment methods: cash, credit card, Venmo, etc.].

  • A non-refundable deposit may be required to secure certain appointments (e.g., hair extensions).

  • Prices listed on the site are subject to change and do not include gratuity.

Client Photos & Social Media

With your consent, we may take before-and-after photos to use for marketing and social media. By agreeing to this, you grant us permission to share your images on our website, Instagram, and other promotional platforms.

We respect your privacy and handle your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. You agree not to misuse the site or attempt unauthorized access to any part of the website or booking system.

Refunds & Satisfaction

Due to the nature of hair services, refunds are not offered. If you are not satisfied, please contact us within 72 hours of your appointment and we will do our best to resolve the issue.
